As a common type of linear motor, iron core linear motor plays an important role in industrial automation. The oriented eletrical steel with magnetic inductance of less than 1.88T is called general oriented eletrical steel (CGO), and the oriented eletrical steel with magnetic inductance greater than or equal to 1.88T is called high magnetic inductance oriented eletrical steel (Hi-B). Generally, the high magnetic inductance oriented eletrical steel has lower iron loss performance, and can reduce the loss during the energy conversion process when used as the transformer iron core.

In addition to the normal annealing of the hot rolled coil, the cold-rolled electrical steel strip also needs to undergo various forms of heat treatment several times after cold rolling. Intermediate decarburization annealing, work hardening elimination annealing, magnesium oxide isolation coating drying treatment, high temperature circular furnace and shroud furnace annealing, tensile heat leveling annealing, finished product annealing and insulation layer drying sintering treatment.

In order to achieve this goal, electric vehicle iron core usually adopt a laminated or stacked structure, consisting of many sheets or sheets. This design can reduce the eddy current loss in the iron core, increase the path length of the magnetic flux, increase the magnetic resistance, and thus reduce the magnetic flux leakage loss. In addition, the core usually has a special shape and groove to accommodate the coil and ensure that the magnetic field can be efficiently transmitted between the rotor and the stator.

In addition, in the operation of the transformer, the winding has a strong magnetic field around, the iron core, metal structure, parts, components, etc., are in a non-uniform magnetic field, their distance from the winding is not equal, so the metal structure, parts, components and other magnetic field induction generated by the electromotive force size is also not equal, there is a potential difference between each other.
