They mainly tests the thickness of stainless steel and other metal materials at the term of coating thickness, flatness, surface roughness and length and width specifications, so as to achieve quality control.

It mainly detects the content of metal elements in stainless steel and other metal materials,then carries out grade determination,and make the qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements, micro structure and morphology of different phases.
The equipment and instruments of optical laboratory are as followed: Metallurgical Microscope, Colorimetric Light Box, Roughoeter, Colorimeter and so on. It mainly tests the color value, surface gloss and brightness of stainless steel and other metal materials.
The equipment and instruments of chemical laboratory are as followed: ICP-AES. It can be used for spectral line, quantitative and semi quantitative analysis of elements in stainless steel and other metal materials.
The equipment and instruments of high temperature chamber are as followed: Muffle Furnace, Hot Air Circulation Oven. With these equipment, the damage degree of stainless steel and other metal materials in various high temperature environments is simulated.
