What is the Acid Cleaning Wastewater Treatment System?
It is a metal pickling wastewater treatment system includes a regulating tank, a neutralization tank, a coagulation tank, a high-efficiency clarification tank, a chelating reaction tank and a inclined plate sedimentation tank.
The mixed acid wastewater simply precipitates the granular sludge with large proportion in the sedimentation tank, and then it is lifted to the primary neutralization tank of the mixed acid wastewater through the lifting pump of the mixed acid wastewater regulating tank. Then flows into the secondary neutralization tank by gravity. By adding lime into the two-stage neutralization tank of the mixed acid wastewater, the metal ions and fluoride are further removed under the slightly alkaline condition.

Then, in the reduction tank, a reducing agent and sulfuric acid waste liquid or sodium hydroxide are added to reduce the hexavalent chromium in the waste water to trivalent chromium ion. After reduction, alkali is added to make it generate chromium hydroxide precipitation under alkaline conditions, and then coagulant is added to remove chromium ion.
All the wastewater is filtered by the filter press and then sent to the reuse pool, which is then pumped to the reverse osmosis system for treatment. After RO membrane reverse osmosis treatment, the quality of fresh water effluent reaches the discharge standard and is discharged.
