Embossing, which refers to the use of roller rolling to impose concave and convex patterns on the surface of the base plate. The stainless steel embossing plate is generally applicable to subway cars, decorative elevator walls, architectural decoration, building curtain walls, etc.. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, wear resistance, strong decorative effect, fingerprint resistance, etc.

The common embossed patterns are: pearlescent plate, small square pattern, diamond square pattern, antique square pattern, twill, chrysanthemum pattern, ice bamboo pattern, sanded plate, cube, free pattern, stone pattern plate, butterfly flower, woven bamboo pattern, small diamond, big ellipse, panda pattern, European pattern, ingot, linen pattern, large water drop, mosaic, wood pattern, Wanzi flower, Wanfu Linmen, Ruyi cloud, square pattern, color pattern, color circle pattern.

Features: Durable,wear-resistant, strong decorative effect. It is characterized by beautiful vision, good quality, easy cleaning, maintenance free, anti shock, compression resistance, scratch resistance and no fingerprints.

Strictly speaking, there are two explanations for stainless steel embossed plate, one is for abrasive pressing, and the other is for rolled strip embossing. One is plate processing, the other is tape rolling processing. One is local force, the other is average force. Abrasive tool stamping is to frequently punch one pattern next to another on the plate, and the roll band embossing is to roll the whole roll through the unwinder, embossing roller and coiler. Therefore, the depth and stereoscopic sense of the stamping pattern of the abrasive tool are stronger than that of the roll band embossing. However, the flatness of the stamping plate is worse than that of the embossing plate.

Stainless steel embossing process is a process of artistic processing of stainless steel surface by using concave and convex molds and using stainless steel coils to produce deformation under certain pressure. After embossing, the stainless steel surface presents different patterns and textures of different depths, and has a distinct relief three-dimensional sense, which enhances the artistic appeal of stainless steel plates, mainly used in architectural decoration, elevator decoration, counter tops, kitchen tops, etc.

Stainless steel embossed plate and stainless steel etched plate can be collectively referred to as: stainless steel patterned plate. Literally, the name can be used as long as the steel plate surface is processed with patterns, such as stainless steel transfer plate and stainless steel film coated plate.

The difference is that the stainless steel etching plate is to make a well arranged pattern on the plate through chemical corrosion. Compared with the embossed plate, the pattern of the etched plate can be customized according to the customer's requirements, with various patterns. General etched plates are currently mostly used in the decoration industry, such as elevators and hotel lobbies.
