The production line of Yangjiang Hongwang 20-rollers No. 2 rolling mill was successfully put into operation on March 8th, 2022, and the first coil of finished stainless steel material was successfully rolled off the production line. Yangjiang Hongwang's vertical bright furnace production line was successfully put into full production on March 12nd. The first roll of high-level 430 BA stainless steel material officially rolled off the production line. Hongwang's SS430 stainless steel surface is delicate and the gloss can reach more than 1100Gu.
Yangjiang Hongwang BA production line adopts advanced precision 12-rollers rolling mill for stainless steel rolling. Through advanced intelligent motor control, shape control, precision rolling and other process control technologies, it can obtain better shape, more accurate thickness and better surface quality. At the same time, the high-level BA stainless steel sheets produced by the industry-leading vertical bright furnace for full hydrogen annealing is at the leading level in the industry in terms of processing performance and surface quality. Comparing with similar products, it is thinner, brighter, greener.
