Hongwang, continuously optimizes the cold rolling product structure, focuses on the stainless steel colored steel finishing products; also expands the future competitive advantage of thin sheet products. At the beginning of this year, Hongwang expanded the advanced high-speed 20 high rolling mill and BA line in Zhaoqing Hongwang, ensure to better meet the needs of customers.

The 20 high rolling mill officially entered the hot commissioning stage on July 16, with the production efficiency and speed gradually improved. Now it has entered the stage of comprehensive and stable trial production. The mill has gathered the leading rolling technology, with a design maximum speed of 800mpm and a design capacity of 15000 tons/month, which brings the advantages of high precision of 20 high rolling mill to the extreme. The 20 high rolling mill, as the upgrading unit of the eliminated traditional partial 8 high mill, will greatly improve the quality of Zhaoqing Hongwang thin strip products.

The annual design capacity of the supporting BA line is 72000 tons. The first coil was produced on September 7. It has high surface gloss, uniform and fine performance, and the first volume is the standard finished product. The trial production of BA line will further enrich Zhaoqing Hongwang cold rolling product category, and effectively improve the production efficiency and product quality of downstream color steel finishing!
