When introducing the material properties, Hu Aiguo, Executive Director of the company, stated that compared with stainless steel, titanium materials have obvious advantages in weight and corrosion resistance—their density is only about half that of steel, while they possess more excellent corrosion resistance. Known as the "third metal" due to its characteristics of low density, high strength, high specific strength, and outstanding corrosion resistance, titanium can be applied in high-end fields such as aerospace, petrochemicals, marine engineering, and new energy.

In the production workshop, titanium coils undergo processes including rolling, degreasing and cleaning, annealing, and tension leveling, eventually becoming flat and bright precision titanium materials. Among these, the continuous annealing furnace, as a key process to improve titanium material performance, is monitored in real time by operators who record production and quality data.

To tackle the technical challenges in titanium cold rolling, the company has established a professional technical team that continuously debugs and optimizes key links such as rolling, cleaning, annealing, and surface quality control. Currently, the production line can manufacture wide-width titanium materials of various specifications with a thickness ranging from 0.2 to 2.0 millimeters, and the products can be used in fields such as titanium clad plates, titanium thermos cups and kettles, titanium deep-drawing materials, and titanium chemical heat exchangers. The monthly output of its cold-rolled titanium coil plates has reached over 800 tons.

At present, the company has secured market orders, with customers covering the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, Shaanxi, and other regions. In addition to producing cold-rolled titanium coil plates, the company also provides customized services for surface treatment and precision processing such as sandblasting, slitting, and flattening.
