Then, she contacted the fleet to load the materials and transport them to the bonded area. At the same time, she had to prepare all the documents for entering the bonded area.
This is the first time for Vega Huang to deliver materials into the bonded area, and the incident happened suddenly, making it no time for her to be familiar with the regulations of the bonded area. When they knew that the staff in the bonded area had no time to deliver the documents, so that the arriving vehicles could not enter, Vega Huang and her leader immediately rushed to the bonded area. While appeasing the driver's emotions, they passed the documents for the staff in the bonded area, in order to allow vehicles to enter the bonded area faster and the goods to be properly placed. However, the staff of the bonded area told them that all vehicles of the same shipment must arrive before they can enter for unloading. When the last truck of goods was loaded, the time has quietly come to one o'clock in the morning on the third day. After a night of escorting, the drivers were exhausted but had nowhere to load coils when they arrived in the bonded area. The long wait was accompanied by anxiety, and the atmosphere was tense for a while. Vega Huang's tense nerves were pressed to the last straw. While crying and explaining to the driver, she called the leaders of the bonded area to discuss solutions. Facing this crying but persistent young girl, everyone began to calm down and waited for Vega Huang to deal with the matter. The steel coils were quickly placed. So far, this bonded zone operation ended perfectly, and Vega Huang saved a lot of losses for both the client and the company.
