Classification by Process on Stainless Steel Sheet

A. Electroplating

Vacuum electroplating is to deposit various metallic and non-metallic films on the surface of plastic parts by distillation or sputtering under vacuum conditions. In this way, very thin stainless steel surface coatings can be obtained. At the same time, it has the outstanding advantages of fast speed and good adhesion, but the price is also high. There are two common electroplating processes: water electroplating and vacuum ion plating.

Vacuum ion plating, also known as vacuum coating. The practice of vacuum electroplating is now a popular practice. The stainless steel sheets which produced by this way have a strong sense of metal and high brightness. Compared with other coating methods, the cost is low and the pollution to the environment is small. Now it is widely used in various stainless steel industries.

B. Water Plating

It is a process that metal ions are continuously reduced on the autocatalytic surface to form a metal coating by chemical reduction reaction with the reductant in the plating solution without external power supply in the aqueous solution.

C. Fluorocarbon paint

Refers to the coating with fluororesin as the main film-forming material; Also known as fluorocarbon paint, fluorocarbon paint, fluororesin paint.

D. Painting

Spray the paint with compressed air into a fog and apply it on the stainless steel plate to form different colors.

Classification by surface effect on Stainless Steel Sheet

1. Color mirror stainless steel sheet

8K stainless steel plate, also known as mirror stainless steel sheets, is polished on the stainless steel plate surface with grinding liquid through polishing equipment to make the plate luminosity as clear as a mirror, and then electroplated with color

2. Color stainless steel drawing sheet

The pull plate (LH) is also called hairline, because the lines are as long and straight as hair. Its surface looks like a filiform texture, which is a processing technology of stainless steel. The surface is matte. If you look carefully, there is a trace of texture on it, but you can't touch it. It is more wear-resistant than ordinary bright stainless steel, and looks more upscale. The hairline stainless steel sheet has a variety of lines, including hairline (HL), snow sand (No4), and (random), cross, and so on. All lines are processed by the oil polishing hairline machine according to the requirements, and then electroplated and colored.

3. Color stainless steel sandblasting sheet

Zirconium beads used for sand blasting plate are processed on the stainless steel plate surface by mechanical equipment, so that the plate surface presents a fine bead sand surface, forming a unique decorative effect.

4. Color stainless steel combined process sheet

According to the process requirements, various processes such as polishing hair lines, coating, etching and sandblasting are concentrated on the same plate surface for combined processing. Then electroplate for coloring.

5. Color stainless steel and corrugated sheet

Whether it is a corrugated plate or a wire drawing plate, it belongs to one of the frosted plates, but the surface states of these plates are different, so the statements are also different.

6. Color stainless steel etching sheet

Color stainless steel etching sheet is used to etch various patterns on the surface of objects by chemical methods. Take 8K mirror stainless steel sheets or wire drawing sheets as the base plate, after etching, the object surface is further processed, and various complex processes such as local blending, wire drawing, gold inlay and local titanium gold can be carried out to achieve the effect of bright and dark patterns and colorful colors.
