According to the material, kitchen utensils mainly include stainless steel kitchen utensils, aluminum kitchen utensils, iron kitchen utensils and porcelain kitchen utensils, among which stainless steel kitchen utensils account for about 40%. Kitchen utensils of other materials are easy to rust and difficult to clean. Other characteristics, the development space is limited, and it has been gradually replaced by stainless steel kitchen utensils in recent years.

Zhejiang Province is one of the most important kitchen and kitchenware industry bases in China. Recently, we have conducted research and exchanges on the use of stainless steel by kitchen and kitchenware enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Small and medium-sized enterprises purchase stainless steel plates, and large enterprises purchase stainless steel coils and process them by themselves. Some integrated stove factories do processing for big brands such as Haier, Oupai, Jiumu and Deyi, and charge processing fees. The Haining area of Zhejiang is mainly based on kitchen appliances, producing electric appliance accessories such as rice cookers and electric pressure cookers, which are directly supplied to Supor and Philips. They are mainly using 304 materials, and high-end materials such as Zhangpu materials, Baoxin BA materials, and TISCO DQ materials ; High requirements for stainless steel surface, no scratches and blisters, so as to avoid high repair costs in the later stage; 90% of the coils are directly punched, and 0.4mm and 0.5mm directly set the width of 1130mm. The consumption is 300-1000 tons; the purchase of fixed-length sheets accounts for 10%, and the purchase of coiled materials accounts for 90%, and imported film is attached.
